1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" refers to the personal betting account registered under your name on the kuya4d platform.
• "Balance" refers to the total funds available in your Account, including deposited funds, winnings, and bonus credits (subject to applicable wagering requirements).
• "Bet" or "Wager" refers to any stake placed on a betting market, casino game, togel (traditional numbers lottery), slot game, live dealer table, or sabung ayam (traditional cockfighting) event offered by kuya4d.
• "Bonus" refers to any promotional credit, free bet, cashback offer, or other incentive provided by kuya4d, subject to specific terms and wagering requirements.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity verification process required by kuya4d to comply with anti-money-laundering (AML) regulations and responsible gaming standards.
• "Platform" refers to the kuya4d website, mobile applications, and all associated services.
• "Real Money" refers to funds deposited by the Player using Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via supported payment methods.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.3 Account Registration

Each Player may register only one (1) Account with kuya4d. Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information is grounds for immediate account suspension or termination. If kuya4d detects duplicate accounts (multiple accounts registered by the same individual), all accounts will be closed, balances forfeited, and any bonuses voided.

2.4 Prohibited Persons

The following individuals are prohibited from creating an account or using kuya4d services:

• Individuals under 21 years of age.
• Individuals who have previously been excluded or banned from kuya4d or any affiliated platform.
• Individuals residing in jurisdictions where online gambling is illegal.
• Employees, contractors, or immediate family members of kuya4d staff.
• Individuals who have self-excluded from gambling activities.

3. Account Security and Responsibilities

3.1 Username and Password

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username and password. Any activity conducted through your Account is your responsibility, regardless of whether you authorized the activity. kuya4d is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to secure your login credentials. If you suspect unauthorized access, you must notify kuya4d support immediately via live chat or email at [email protected].

3.2 Account Use

Your Account is for personal use only. You may not allow any third party to access or use your Account. Sharing Account credentials, selling or transferring your Account, or using the Platform on behalf of another person is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

4. Deposits and Payment Methods

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

kuya4d accepts deposits via the following Indonesian banking institutions and e-wallet providers:

• Bank Transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja

All deposits are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). kuya4d does not charge deposit processing fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose transaction fees.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Deposits

• Minimum deposit via bank transfer: Rp 50.000
• Minimum deposit via e-wallet: Rp 10.000
• Maximum deposit: No platform-imposed maximum, subject to your bank or e-wallet provider's daily transfer limits.

4.3 Deposit Processing Time

Most deposits are credited to your Account within 5 minutes during standard banking hours (08:00–17:00 WIB, Monday–Friday). Deposits made outside banking hours or on public holidays may take up to 24 hours to clear. E-wallet deposits are typically instant.

4.4 Third-Party Payments

You must only deposit funds from a payment source registered in your own name. Third-party deposits (funds originating from another person's bank account or e-wallet) are strictly prohibited. kuya4d reserves the right to reverse any deposit suspected of being a third-party payment and to close the associated Account.

5. Withdrawals and Processing Times

5.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

To request a withdrawal, you must have completed the KYC verification process (see Section 9). Withdrawals are processed only to the same payment method and account name used for deposits. You may not withdraw funds to a third party's bank account or e-wallet.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal: Rp 50.000
• Maximum withdrawal per transaction: Rp 100.000.000
• Daily withdrawal limit: Rp 500.000.000 (increased limits available for VIP Gold members)

5.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

Most withdrawal requests are processed within 5–15 minutes, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. VIP Silver and Gold members receive priority processing. Withdrawals may take longer (up to 24 hours) if additional verification is required or if the withdrawal amount exceeds standard limits.

5.4 Wagering Requirements

Deposits must be wagered at least one (1) time before a withdrawal can be processed. This requirement prevents money laundering and ensures compliance with anti-fraud regulations. Bonus funds are subject to separate wagering requirements as specified in the promotional terms for each offer.

6. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

6.1 Bonus Terms

kuya4d offers various bonuses including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, cashback, free bets, and loyalty rewards. Each bonus is subject to specific terms including wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits, and expiration dates. 6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise specified, bonus funds carry a wagering requirement of 10x to 30x the bonus amount before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live dealer games may contribute 10–50%. 6.3 Bonus Abuse

kuya4d reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel winnings, and close accounts found to be abusing promotional offers. Prohibited bonus-abuse behaviors include (but are not limited to) creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, employing betting patterns designed solely to meet wagering requirements (e.g., betting red and black simultaneously on roulette), and colluding with other players to manipulate bonus outcomes.

7. Betting Rules and Game Conduct

7.1 Sportsbook Rules

All sports bets placed on kuya4d are subject to the official rules of the respective sport and league. Settlement of bets is based on the official result declared by the governing body of that sport (e.g., FIFA for international football, BRI Liga 1 for Indonesian domestic football). In the event of a match postponement, cancellation, or abandonment, bets may be voided and stakes returned, or the bet may stand depending on the specific market rules. 7.2 Togel (Numbers Lottery) Rules

Togel bets are settled based on the official draw results published by the respective lottery operator (e.g., Singapore Pools, Hong Kong Jockey Club). kuya4d is not responsible for delays, errors, or disputes arising from third-party lottery operators. Draw times and market availability are clearly displayed on the togel section of the Platform.

7.3 Casino and Slot Rules

All casino games (slots, blackjack, baccarat, roulette, live dealer games) use independently audited Random Number Generators (RNG) certified by third-party testing laboratories. Game outcomes are final and cannot be reversed except in cases of technical malfunction. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are displayed for each game and represent long-term statistical averages, not short-term session guarantees.

7.4 Sabung Ayam (Cockfighting) Rules

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and permanent ban:

• Fraudulent Activity: Using stolen credit cards, fraudulent payment methods, or providing false personal information.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage, including chip dumping, soft playing, or sharing hole cards in poker.
• Automated Betting (Bots): Using software, scripts, or automated systems to place bets. All betting must be conducted manually by the Player.
• Arbitrage Betting: Exploiting odds discrepancies between kuya4d and other platforms to guarantee profit regardless of outcome.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to transfer, conceal, or disguise the origins of illegally obtained funds.
• Abusive Behavior: Harassing or threatening kuya4d staff or other players via live chat, email, or any communication channel.

9. Identity Verification (KYC)

9.1 KYC Requirement

All Players must complete identity verification (Know Your Customer, or KYC) before processing their first withdrawal. KYC is a legal requirement designed to prevent fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. kuya4d reserves the right to request additional verification at any time, particularly for large withdrawals or suspicious account activity.

To complete KYC verification, you must submit the following documents:

• National ID (KTP): A clear, color photograph of your Kartu Tanda Penduduk (Indonesian National Identity Card) showing all four corners and legible text.
